It’s unlike other 300cc enduro motorcycles since it only has about 40 HP. However, the broad torque curve makes the Beta XTrainer so good in the woods. The off-idle and mid-range torque allow you to easily use the clutchless, short-shift and get over logs and rocks.

Beta XTRAINER Problems
There have been several small problems that Beta XTrainer motorcycle owners have had over the years. Most of them are just a small percentage of riders.
After doing my research, it appears that the most familiar problems with the Beta XTrainer are:
- Kickstand foot is too small, causing it to sink in soft terrain
- Carb float height is high on earlier model years (leaks gas)
- The oil injection system may require tuning (the mixing ratio is off, causing the spark plug to foul)
