bought a Kayo 125 bull for my 8yr old grandaughter. Shes frustrated and so am I . The quad has zero torque in the forward gear. You can ride it, but if you encounter any type of hill, the bike just sits there. In fact, you can go full throttle and I can hold the bike from moving. Any suggestions to remedy this issue would be much appreciated.
A change in sprocket size, both at the engine and the rear axle will improve that dramatically. Total cost is usually less than $40 in parts.
Try checking chain tension too. Too much tension and it will hold back the bike.
